Difference Feminism
In many older sociology resources, difference feminism is described as being the same as Black feminism: a perspective that sees how women are oppressed by the patriarchy but also by both capitalism and racism. They argue that minority-ethnic, working-class women are the most discriminated against people in society.
However, the correct definition of the term is closer to essentialist feminism, which argues that men and women are intrinsically different, as opposed to more androgynous forms of feminism. This tends to be a form of radical feminism, but not all radical feminists are difference feminists (and vice versa).
