The following video from Vox explores the use of congestion charges in cities.

New York City governor Andrew Cuomo has announced plans to introduce a congestion scheme similar to that used in London. The NY scheme aims to relieve traffic in Manhattan, as well as raise money for improvements to city's public transport.

The video could be used for the Global Development unit.
