The fight for recovery from a lifelong eating disorder

Sarah Best

1st February 2021

This podcast episode from The Guardian explores one woman's struggle with an eating disorder.

The episode could be useful for students who are also studying psychology, as it follows Jenny's history both in terms of here experiences growing up and she felt about food, but also for sociologists studying the Health unit (access to health care in contemporary society).

A warning that this is a sensitive issue that some students may find distressing and the episode does discuss suicide.
