The Effects of Brexit

With the effects of the EU referendum result still reverberating in the UK and globally, some Brits have decided to seek citizenship elsewhere to provide them with some protection once the UK formally leave the EU.

A country measures migration figures via the number of people moving into a country (immigration) and those leaving (emigration). There are approximately 100,000 Brits living in Germany and a recent report by the BBC highlights that some are hoping to claim citizenship whatever the result of the final ‘Brexit deal’ with the European Union.
