Prison Consultants
4th March 2020
It has been reported that Harvey Weinstein, who was recently convicted of two sexual offence charges and faces up to 25 years in jail in the United States, has hired a prison consultant to help him prepare for life behind bars.
This article contains an interview with a man who was jailed for 12 years. Having left prison and gaining a degree, he now works with people who are facing time in prison.
It is an interesting read, even if from the perspective that wealthier people can hire a consultant such as this to help prepare them for life in prison!
This article could be used in the Crime and Deviance unit (white collar crime, social class).
