Poverty in the USA

I have posted about poverty in the US before and this article provides a link to a short video from the BBC about the country's poorest city, Escobares.
Escobares is located in Texas on the border of Mexico, and according to official data over 60% of residents live below the poverty line.
The video could be used within the Global Development unit, and also as a general discussion about deprivation in more economically developed countries.
