Poorest areas of England four times as likely to face lockdown as richest

Some of England's poorest communities are more likely to face lockdown restrictions than the wealthiest, according to an analysis from The Guardian.
The mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson has described poverty in the city as 'Dickensian', where deprived areas have high levels of coronavirus alongside wealthier areas with less cases.
