Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich
18th June 2020
A four-part Netflix documentary about Jeffrey Epstein is currently available with interviews with some of the survivors who reveal how they were abused by the convicted paedophile, with allegations that Epstein controlled a sex trafficking ring.
Epstein was arrested in 2019 and committed suicide in prison while awaiting trial. The series does contain advisory warnings due to the content covered; including a discussion of suicide and sexual abuse.
The series could be used for the Crime and Deviance unit (victims, human rights and globalisation - a number of the women involved claim that they were trafficked).
