Institutional racism in Met ‘worse now’ than after Macpherson inquiry, says former officer

This video contains an interview with Parm Sandhu who spent 30 years in the Metropolitan Police. Sandhu argues that institutional racism and sexism is 'worse now' and she recently won a settlement with them.
