Housing Crisis in London

The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) has released findings from a recent survey that shows some employees are leaving their jobs in the capital due to a lack of affordable housing.
The average house price in London is 472,000 GBP (February, 2018), which is 14 times the average UK house price.
This could be a useful article for the Work, Poverty and Welfare unit in a discussion about the possible ramifications about people being priced about certain areas of the country.
