A couple of activities for teaching ethnicity and education.
1. Starter quiz - guess the percentage

2. Beat the teacher - I ran this as a quiz whereby I posed a hypothesis about educational attainment by ethnic group. Students had to vote whether it was true and false and then test the hypothesis using the information provided in the handout, completing the table to show the supporting evidence. If the majority of them voted correctly, they were awarded a point, if not, then I was awarded a point. Prizes at your discretion!
