Millions (if not billions!) of people around the world commute to get to work.
The following video explores one woman's commute in the USA. US Census data shows that the average American's commute has been steadily increasingly since the 1980's.
As we follow the journalist's journey to work, we also discover some of the effects of commuting on our health.
