China census: Data shows slowest population growth in decades

Here is another story related to demographics, this time about China.
Although China has the highest population in the world (1.41billion approximately), birth rates have slowed over the past few decades, despite government incentives - such as removing the one-child policy.
This story could also be used for the Families and Households unit.
