Are Europe's rape laws letting women down?

This video below explores the legislation in place across European countries for people who have been raped.
In some countries such as Denmark, individuals must prove that an attacker has been violent towards a victim.
This video could be used for Crime and Deviance (social distribution of crime - gender).
