Essay Deconstruction: Psychopathology

Essay questions and applied essay questions often contain several elements and require careful planning. The examiner reports often say: ‘students would have done better by spending a couple of minutes planning how to use their material, rather than simply presenting everything they know on a topic.‘

The aim of this activity is to help student with the planning process and model what an excellent essay plan looks like. Students are presented with a model essay to the application essay in the Psychopathology section of the June 2017 A-Level Paper 1 exam. Students are required to construct the essay into a bullet point plan. An answer sheet is also provided with this resource.

If you have received damaged merchandise then we will ship another free of charge.

License

School network license

This licence permits you to make the resource available to all student and staff in the subscribing institution, either in digital and/or print form (including photocopying).

The resource may be distributed via a secure virtual learning environment, however it must not be made available on any public or insecure website or other platform.

The resource may not be distributed to other institutions that are members of the same academy chain or similar organisation; each individual institution must have a separate school network licence.
