This activity gives students hands on experience of gathering samples of participants (the villagers) to take part in research.
In Village People students implement sampling techniques and discover the advantages and disadvantages of each, through witnessing the issues with validity and generalisability for themselves!
The students will be focusing on and developing their knowledge of research methods, whilst developing their higher order thinking and critical skills, assessing the sampling methods in a fun and interactive way.
