Mental Health Mates: Walking Your Way to Sanity

The Telegraph shares the story of Bryony Gordon, who through extensively writing about mental health has discovered that it is completely normal to feel ‘weird’. She even describes herself as ‘mad’ and a ‘fruit-loop’.
One year ago, Bryony was struggling with her depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, and through her struggles, she established ‘Mental Health Mates’ an organisation that organises regular meet-ups for people with mental health issues, where they can walk and talk about their issues, without fear of judgement.
