Ministerial Responsibility: Amber Rudd resigns

The Home Secretary, Amber Rudd has resigned from the government in the wake of claims that she misled the House of Commons over targets for forced deportation. Amber Rudd was once seen as a leading candidate to lead the Conservative Party and she is the fourth cabinet minister to resign in the last six months following Michael Fallon, Pritti Patel and Damian Green.
