Freedom of Information Act set to stay

Despite Sir Jeremy Heywood describing the FOI Act as having a "chilling effect" on the government, and Tony Blair describing himself following his introduction of the FOI Act as "There is really no description of stupidity, no matter how vivid, that is adequate. I quake at the imbecility of i.", the Freedom of Information Commission has decided that the Act should remain, unchanged, in place.
