John Finnemore on Legal Aid Changes

This is just brilliant on the wrong-headedness of the Government's plans to make dramatic changes to legal aid. I try to avoid being political on this blog but the legal profession (including Crown Court judges) is pretty united in its opposition to the government's plans - as referred to in this Observer editorial.
