This induction activity will provide students with an opportunity to explore their career aims or possibilities and delve into what skills and attributes they require to be successful in these roles.

This will help them to have a clear goal and vision throughout their course, and to remain motivated until the end of the course.

The activity will help students to reflect on what they can do to make their goals become a reality and how the year ahead can be used to prepare them for success.
