The International Labour Organisation met once a year and sought to bring together workers, employers and governments. The International Labour Organisation wanted to improve the global conditions that workers had to endure.
In addition to the meetings each year, it produced suggestions and reports on working conditions and then attempted to persuade members of the League to implement their ideas.
