Enrichment
BBC Radio 4 In Our Time
15th April 2017
BBC Radio 4 have a huge number of podcasts available on their website from the series 'In Our Time', which are perfect for enrichment at both A Level and GCSE.
Listening to History and the viewpoints of historians is a fantastic way to improve your historical writing as students, as well as discovering new and exciting topics that are outside of your A Level and GCSE topics.
Episodes are typically about 45 minutes in length and focus on a particular time and area in history ranging from the Death of Queen Elizabeth I through to General Custer's Last Stand at the Battle of Little Big Horn.
We will be blogging around one a week those podcasts that are most relevant to the new 9-1 GCSEs as well as those relevant to A Level, and those podcasts that we at Tutor2u simply loved listening to! There is so much choice from In Our Time. Why not visit their website and select a podcast for yourself?
