UK migration theme continued

Today we continue to look at the theme of migration and the UK. Click on the below image to bring up the interactive timeline on British Immigration from 1964 to 2013. Students can choose different population groupings to look at including all citizens, EU citizens and Non-EU citizens. Where are immigrants coming from? Where are British citizens emigrating to? Can students identify times of high immigration? Was the economy growing and what was the unemployment rate during different migration years.
