Tropical weather in the UK

The average temperature in the UK is on the rise. In the last ten years, the average temperature for the country has gone up 1 degree and we are now experiencing warmer days and nights generally, regardless of the season.
The Met Office have stated that the changes to the UK's climate which is analysed over a long period (notably 1961-1990 and compared to 2008-2017) is down to anthropogenic sources and shows distinct changes to our climate which will have some crucial implications. Warmer temperatures in particular will lead to forest fires and there are health concerns too; particularly for elderly people. Check out the following report on this study...
