Fossil fuel reserves must remain untapped to lessen global warming

Scientists have stated that in order to reduce global warming and prevent an increase of 2 degrees or more, we must leave many of our fossil fuel reserves untapped.

Rather than giving generalised targets and commentary regarding everyone "reducing their carbon emissions", scientists have gone one step further this week and are actually able to show each country how much of their fossil fuel reserves they need to be preserving.
