Changing Places: How Airbnb rentals are affecting Isle of Skye

A superb Channel 4 news report on how the surge in AirBNB listings in the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Skye in particular is affecting the local community.
By some estimates, more than one home in eight on Skye is now listed on AirBNB. The business claims that 97% of the revenues from holiday lets stays within the local community but many are worried that the rapid growth of holiday lets is deepening the affordability problem for local families.
