Ricardo Hausmann
Ricardo Hausmann is a Venezuelan economist and former Minister of Planning of Venezuela. He is currently a Professor of the Practice of Economic Development at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Hausmann is known for his work on economic development and growth, and he has made important contributions to the understanding of the role of institutions, infrastructure, and human capital in driving economic growth. He has also made significant contributions to the study of macroeconomic stabilization and financial crises, and he has advised governments and international organizations on economic policy.
