The DHL Global Trade Barometer (GTB) is an index that provides insights into the global trade outlook by measuring the pulse of international trade flows. The GTB is produced by DHL, a global logistics company, and is based on a proprietary algorithm that utilizes big data analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze various data sources related to global trade.

The GTB measures the growth and direction of international trade flows across different regions and industries, providing a real-time snapshot of the global trade outlook. The index is based on five key indicators: air freight, sea freight, manufacturing, services, and global trade growth. Each of these indicators is given a score between 0 and 100, with higher scores indicating stronger growth in trade flows.
