Behavioural Norms
A behavioral norm is a social rule that specifies how people should behave in a particular group or society. These norms can be explicit, such as laws and regulations, or implicit, such as unwritten rules of conduct. Behavioral norms help to establish and maintain social order, and can vary significantly from one group or society to another.
Behavioral norms can be based on a variety of factors, including cultural and religious beliefs, values, and traditions. They can also be influenced by the larger social and cultural context in which a group or society operates. For example, in some societies, it is considered polite to make direct eye contact during conversations, while in others it is seen as rude or aggressive.
