This activity provides a simple, tasty way to introduce demand curves to students!
A Kit Kat is available (other chocolate bars work just as well). But, how much are students prepared to pay for it in cash?
Auction the bar off by measuring demand at the rising price points and then draw the resulting demand curve.
Some suggested extension activities are provided to use with students whilst the auction winner nibbles away at his/her purchase.
