This teaching powerpoint covers Trade Unions in the Labour Market
Trade unions play an important role in the labour market by advocating for the interests of workers. They do this in a number of ways. First, they negotiate with employers to improve working conditions, including wages, benefits, and hours. Second, they provide legal support and representation to workers who have been mistreated or exploited by their employers. Third, they offer education and training to help workers develop their skills and increase their earning potential. Fourth, they organize and coordinate collective action, such as strikes and boycotts, to pressure employers to improve working conditions.
