Young and low earners suffer most from the pandemic

Torsten Bell of the Resolution Foundation makes the case that the coronavirus outbreak, as ever, is going to affect the young and low earners worst.
It seems self-evident, but I would go further, the inequality extends to living standards in their broadest sense. These are likely to be people with small houses, small or no gardens and for whom the ramifications of an extended period of lockdown are also the most adverse.
