Yoghurt for ‘real men’ - market segmentation

I know this is Business Studies but it’s too good an article to miss. A New Zealand company have tried targeting men with man sized yogurts using the slogan, “This is men’s yoghurt and you are a man. Now find a spoon, fork or spade and dig in.” It’s a great example of a company segmenting a market by gender.
