Will free air tickets become the norm?

There's never a dull moment when Michael O'Leary's involved. This article looks at how he envisages the future of the airline industry and a possible new business pricing model for Ryanair, based on the premise that flights will be free but that the company will make its money by getting a share of the airport revenues that its passengers generate.
Of course, Mr.O'Leary puts it in fruitier terms - but it is an interesting idea. Spoiler - part of the idea is linked to the fact that the Pret a Manger at Stansted is the third highest-grossing outlet of their entire chain in the UK!
