UK Economy - Record numbers not working because of ill health

Some of the latest data regarding the intersect between the labour market and health make for grim reading. Whilst the employment rate has risen to nearly 76%, there are still two and half million people not working because of ill health.
So, how would you draw this? And what are the implications of this for the main macroeconomic objectives?

Figures for the UK labour market for January to March 2023 show:
1/ employment was 75.9%
2/ unemployment was 3.9%
3/ economic inactivity was 21.0%
