The difficulties of supply-side infrastructure decisions

David Cameron's decision to delay his verdict on whether to expand Heathrow has been widely derided in the press. Even Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the IMF, whilst praising Britain's growth last week, said that the IMF was concerned about the UK's transport infrastructure and the bottlenecks to growth that it was creating.
