Thames Water - Nearing Collapse?

The fate of Thames Water hangs in the balance with its parent company, Kemble, having announced that they are going to default on the interest payment on a loan on Monday and will be unable to payback £190m loan due at the end of April.
The implications for Thames include a possibility of nationalisation, new ownership and the implications for bill payers. Remarkably, there's one group of stakeholders who aren't mentioned - executives - what's their fate? They've overseen this farrago.
