4th March 2008

The 130 passengers on this flight are probably mightily relieved that they had one of Lufthanza’s best pilots on board as this plane battled to cope with 130 mph cross winds as it tried to land at Hamburg airport. I will use it when teaching labour market economics and the importance of human capital in avoiding castastrophe. This BBC news audio-visual news clip is stunning.
