Skills Shortage in UK - CBI warn of 'skills emergency'

The CBI has once again warned the Government that the UK is facing a 'skills emergency'. Their suggestion, and the opinion of many of its members, is that the education system in the UK is not developing enough skills to meet the needs of modern employers attempting to compete on the global stage.
