Safe Clean Water Remains a Development Barrier in Africa

The World Bank clip looks at how recent demographic change in Africa hasn't been matched by utility companies who've been unable to respond to increased urbanisation by investing in infrastructure. As a result, the proportion of urban sub-Saharan Africans with access to clean, piped water has actually fallen since the beginning of the century - something that needs addressing.
