Lovely example here of markets in action, in the rental property market, as result of falling demand.
It is difficult to feel sorry for many second home owners who've largely been immune to the persistent difficulties of the post-2008 global financial crisis. House prices have continued to rise, and rents have remained high, so they've not done badly relative to many.
