Note-Taking in AS Macro

Geoff Riley

2nd November 2012

One focus in our teaching and learning forum at school this term has been in improving note-taking by students inside and outside of lessons. There are many different approaches, my instinct is that many students are content with a default linear approach - it has served them well in earlier years and they are reluctant to change. Others are more ambitious! As more schools encourage and enable students to bring their tablets and smartphones into lessons, I wonder if colleagues who read this blog have recommendations for the best note-taking / idea-mapping apps for these devices? If you use them we would love you to leave a comment at the bottom of this blog and in a few days we will highlight some of the suggestions.Trade_and_Competitiveness.pptx
