Norway's Electric Car Success

Richard Milne from the Financial Times looks at the Norwegian success in adopting electric cars - starting by looking at the world's largest charging station and then considering the policy implications of this.
The extent to which electric cars have been encouraged is remarkable: no VAT on car purchases, low road tax, free charging, free parking and free travel on toll roads. However, Norway aims to make all new cars electric by 2025, and this in Western Europe's largest oil producer!
