Judgement Day

The panel of judges for the Royal Economic Society Young Economist of the Year competition are meeting today to make their selection of entries for the final shortlist. Fifteen teachers from across the UK are coming together to read four hundred essays on all manner of topics! We will publish details of the commended essays later on today and provide a selection of the issues chosen by students for their work. The photo below was taken at the 2007 competition judging day.
