International Competitiveness & Supply-side Policies
19th February 2023
In our revision blast session last week, we looked at measures of competitiveness and focused on macro and micro supply-side policies that might help improve the UK's relative standings in competitiveness rankings. Examiners ask that students move beyond generic "education and training" points when analysing and evaluating supply-side policies, so hopefully this recording of the livestream might provide valuable for students in their revision. We completed by looking at some of the short-term impacts of Brexit for the UK economy.
We love doing these revision livestreams. Hundreds of students have joined in and their contributions are always perceptive and show a genuine enthusiasm for and engagement with Economics. There is a growing community attending the live revision events supporting each other as the exams come into focus.
All our live sessions are recorded and available to watch again.
