How co-operative farms can promote regenerative agriculture

Co-operative ownership of farmland in the Netherlands is managing trade-offs between agricultural productivity and environmental objectives, such as maintaining biodiversity.
How they are going about this is reflected in this short video from the Financial Times
It seems to be resolving some of the trade-offs between the two aims, and also resolves some of the property rights issues associated with farming.
