Has China Reached Peak Emissions?

Has China, the world's leading polluter reached peak emissions? And if so, has its journey to net zero emissions begun. This Bloomberg clip looks at how China got to account for 30% of carbon emissions, in around 40 years, and how it's started to combat this.
China has been reliant on coal to generate energy, albeit, often to produce exports for developed economies who have effectively 'exported' their own pollution. However, China's been able to roll out green technologies quicker than the West, such as electric vehicles and solar batteries, and this clip details why.
