FTSE 100 firms have no black executives in top three roles

The latest analysis of boardroom ethnicity highlights the fact that, for the first time since the data was collected in 2014, no FTSE 100 firm has a black executive.
The Guardian covers this important story here. It suggests that ethnic equality in the labour market still has a long, long way to go.
"We know there is no shortage of qualified candidates to fill these roles if companies are willing to look. Yet the snowy peaks of British business remain stubbornly white.”
