Hilarious video below highlighting the difficulty of dealing with Spain’s notorius civil servants - it came to me with this tag line - Life in Spain: 3.000.000 bureaucrats in a workforce of 17.000.000 in a country with 4.200.000 unemployed (20+%.). Ouch!
